CELEBRATED"DAAN-UTSAV"
 “JOY OF GIVING” WEEK

Nothing in nature is for itself,
Rivers don’t drink their water.
Trees don’t eat their fruit,
Sun doesn’t use its heat,
Giving and living for others is the way of life

Truly giving from the heart fills our life with joy and nourishes our soul. True joy lies in the act of giving without an expectation of receiving something in return.

S R Global School has conducted "DAAN-UTSAV" a “Happy Dot” activity in reference to “Joy of Giving Week”.

S R Global School has conducted a special programme on “Joy of Giving” in the school. The programme started with a motivational thought followed by an inspiring brief about this noble activity delivered by Principal Ma’am.

Students of Class-1 to class-V are honoured and appreciated by Principal ma’am by giving “happy dot” stickers for their contribution in spreading happiness around them in the form of donation, contributing resource sharing time, love and helping the needy etc.

Students got a lot motivation, inspiration to inculcate the human value of “giving” in their daily life.

The school has also celebrated the 150th Birth Anniversary of Gandhiji as “DAAN-UTSAV” by doing a waste audit and selling it in the market and the money collected was used to gift grocery to the maids, drivers, peons and gardeners of the school.
