BASANT PANCHAMI

On the auspicious day of 29 Jan, 2020 Basant Panchami was celebrated with high spirit. The students and staff came in yellow attire and brought yellow flowers to offer for the special puja for Maa Saraswati. 

Students of class IV presented a graceful dance and a beautiful song was sung by class VII-VIII students.

On this great occasion, the students of Vimukti Sanstha were invited as special guests and they were gifted with notebooks and stationary items from the money collected by the students by organizing school fete on Children’s Day.

Fun filled games were conducted for the Vimukti Sanstha students.

This was an initiative to instigate the value kindness amongst students and to enjoy the joy of giving. This “Donate Happiness Program” will be a tradition of           S.R Global School year after year. The program concluded with an inspirational speech from our Principal Ma’am Mrs. Aruna Suresh.

REPUBLIC DAY CELEBRATION

Republic Day Celebration

On the auspicious occasion of Republic Day SR Global School organized a very memorable cultural programme. The event started by hoisting of the National Flag which was done by our honorable Principal Ma’am Mrs.Aruna Suresh Who was escorted by the school sports captain Vinay  Meena and Khushi Mathur. A recital of our National Anthem was simultaneously performed by the school choir. 

The event was then glorified with cultural activities including poem recitation by Prashant Rana of class VII. The students of V-VI performed the song Jahan-Dal-Dal-Pe in their melodious voice which filled in the heart of everyone with national sentiments. The dance performed by VI standard was also a cherry on the cake .A very mind blowing skates performance was given by tiny tots of class I-V.

The ceremony concluded by an informative speech via our school mentor our principal ma’am Aruna Suresh, wishing all a very Happy Republic Day. 

CYCLE RALLY

Cycle Rally

On 26^thJanuary, the students of S R Global participated in the wheels on fire- a cycle rally extending from Haldighati Marg to Pratap Circle, where the students of different classes actively participated. The main motive behind it was to create awareness among all for the rising concern of pollution in our country and to promote physical fitness.The rally was a grand success where everyone enjoyed and created a sense of championship and competitiveness among all. The students were welcomed by the principal and applauded by her for their enthusiasm towards physical fitness. The event created a sense of self love towards physical fitness and love towards nature by protecting it. The whole event came out with discipline and was properly supervised by the school staff.

A distinct charm was observed in the entire student’s face. A feeling of patriotism was reflected on the kids face and was super excited to participate in such hind of events.

'Pariksha Pe Charcha 2020'

'Pariksha Pe Charcha 2020' annual event where PM Modi was interacting with students as they prepare for the upcoming board exams was shown to the students.

Prime Minister Narendra Modiji was interacting with students at the ‘Pariksha Pe Charcha 2020’ annual event.

The prime minister urged students to have a ‘technology-free hour’ and parents to let children pursue extra-curricular activities that they like. He urged students to be confident about their own preparation (during examinations).Not to enter the exam hall with any sort of pressure and not to worry about what the others are doing. And also he insisted on to have faith and confidence on their preparations.

HINDI DEBATE COMPETITION

Hindi Debate Competition

Inter-House Hindi Debate Competition was organized in     S R Global School on Saturday and the topic was Co-Curricular activities conducted in school hinders the studies or beneficial to life.

Students from all the four houses participated enthusiastically, and from each house there were two participants. One spoke in favor and the other spoke against.

The competition was judged by the Hindi Faculty members and was observed by honorable Principal Ma’am Mrs. Aruna Suresh.

Valour House secured 1^st position, Concurrence House was at 2^nd and Radiance House got 3^rd position. And the star speakers were Dikshit Gupta of 9- Pearl who spoke in favor and Muskan Kumawat of class 8- Ruby who spoke against the topic.  

The program was concluded by her motivational words and she congratulated the children and the mentors who guided them for this competition.

SELF DEFENCE WORKSHOP

SELF DEFENCE WORKSHOP CONDUCTED ON 11.01.2020

Protecting from enemy or any other unwanted activities of a person is everyone’s right. It is also a major concern for girls in today’s society.

In this prospect S R GLOBAL SCHOOL organised a special workshop on “Self Defence” for motivating and learning how to defend in any in protective situations.

 The workshop was conducted under the guidance of Mr. Surendra Singh and his team. It was concluded by our honourable Principal ma’am appreciation speech.

Motivational Talk By Sh. Ambrish Saxena

A workshop on “Motivational Talk” was conducted in S R Global School on Jan. 10, 2020. The honourable speaker of this program was Mr. Amsbrish Saxena from Aligarh Muslim University. The presenter himself was a source of motivation, who gave encouraging examples from his own life and inspired the teachers to be self motivated.

He discussed the importance and value of teachers in society and constructive changes that they can bring into a child’s attitude. He also laid emphasis on good handwriting and selection of appropriate words while speaking and writing. Further, he expressed his opinions about healthy body by saying that only a fit and healthy body allow our brain to function properly. The session was concluded by a vote of thanks by our Principal Ms. Aruna Suresh.

SPECIAL ASSEMBLY ON NEW YEAR

SPECIAL ASSEMBLY ON NEW YEAR

S R Global School organised a special assembly on 8 January, 2020 to welcome the New Year. The assembly started with the prayer followed by English and Hindi thoughts.

Students of class 7 (Peal) performed a skit based on New Year’s resolutions. Poems and songs are the ways to express gratitude. A beautiful poem was presented by the students to convey New Year wishes.

An oath was also taken by the students on woman empowerment and their safety. Finally an eye catching dance performance was presented by the students of class-5.
