The Constitution of India is the supreme law of
India. It is a living document, the permanent instrument which makes the
government system work. Dr. Bhimrao Ramji Ambedkar is regarded as the chief
architect of the Indian Constitution, but it was the Constituent Assembly that
worked under Dr. Ambedkar and his team that drafted the final copy of the
Indian Constitution. The Constitution was adopted by the Constituent Assembly
on 26 November 1949 and came into effect on 26 January 1950.
As you are aware November 26 is celebrated as
Constitution Day to commemorate the adoption of the Constitution of India. As
part of the celebrations, CBSE has organized number of activities aimed at
highlighting the values and principles enshrined in the Constitution of India.
An important part of the celebrations is the
reading of the Preamble to the Constitution by the students in their online
classes at 11AM.
Students of SR Global School (Part of Central Academy) participated in this activity with zeal and read the Preamble with great pride and honour towards the Indian Constitution.
They also wrote the Preamble of the Constitution
in bright and bold handwriting which clearly depicted the pride they had in writing the words framed by the makers of
the Constitution who dreamt this
ideology for so long . Students added their creativity in writing the preamble
to give it an effective look. Principal Ma'am Aruna Suresh encouraged the
children by appreciating them for the successful conduction of this activity.

“The children of today will make the India Of tomorrow. The way we bring
them up will determine the future of the country”.
We celebrate Children’s Day every year on 14th November to
pay tribute to our first Prime Minister Shri Jawaharlal Nehru who was fondly
called Chacha Nehru by them. He was born on November 14, 1889- shared an
affectionate bond with children.
Usually, on this day children perform many programs in schools. But this
year due to Corona Pandemic S R Global School (Now a part of Central Academy)
celebrated this day in a different way where teachers came up with a dance for
children to make them feel happy. Teachers dressed up like kids and made the
day a memorable one. The Honorable Principal Ma’am Ms. Aruna Suresh motivated
and supported us all and tried her best not to leave any stone unturned.

"Diwali an occasion to celebrate victory over evil, light over darkness, awareness over ignorance, an occasion to celebrate life."
In hindsight, it seems as though this year has been nothing short of a year triumph, a year where we did not allow the consequences of the pandemic to crush our spirits. It has been a year that helped us discover our strengths.
With the same spirit students of S R Global School (A part of Central Academy) celebrated Online Diwali festival by participating in various activities such as Diya decoration for classes 1-4, Puja thali decoration for classes 5-8 and Rangoli for Class-9. Students Participated with great zeal and enthusiasm and shows their creativity and talent.
On the day of the activity our tiny tots came up with many creative ideas and they were feeling very elevated, proud and responsible to do this activity.
That sense of responsibility of decorating their own Diya was carried very well by each and every child. They decorated with silver/Golden Bindi's.
Diya’s made with lot of love and oneness were ready. Children were pretty excited and happy with their efforts.
Dear Parents
The class of Prep Learned about Vegetables staying safe at home during online classes.
Learning by doing is great fun.
Children need to learn about the importance of Vegetables and the benefits of eating them. Teachers explained the importance of "Vegetables" intake in diet for mental and physical growth. The children recited rhymes on "Vegetables". They also spoke about the importance of vegetables.
All the children were understood the fact that vegetables are better than junk foods.
Show and tell activity was also conducted where children brought one green object and spoke a few lines in front of all on the same.
The children enjoyed doing Thumb Printing Activity with green colour to develop their Fine Motor Skills and the teachers conducted a game and the students played it with full of enjoyment.
During this activity conveyed the message that we should not cut trees and plant more trees. Children were introduced to various shades of green.
Green Day celebration was a practical learning experience for the children and was very enjoyable.
