S R Global school celebrated the festival “DUSSEHRA”
on 5th October 2019 in school with a lot of religious zeal and
fervor.
To mark the victory of good over evil and to
reinforce the messages that would always triumphs over evil, the effigy of
Ravana was burnt.
The pre-primary children were dressed up in traditional
attire and danced to rhythmic tunes for the traditional “Dandiya – Raas Garba”.
The teachers narrated the story related with
Dussehra and made students aware of it.
