REPUBLIC DAY CELEBRATION

 The 72nd Republic day was celebrated in its solemnity and grandeur in SR Global School(Part of Central Academy). The celebration started with the hoisting of the National flag by the Principal Mrs. Aruna Suresh. The choir group sang the National Anthem and everyone joined it. It was followed by a Hindi speech which was delivered by Anshika Meena of class XII. The school echoed with patriotic fervor when a wonderful dance was presented by the students. After it Mahi Giri of class X apprised the significance of this day by presenting an English speech.

Principal Mrs. Aruna Suresh had given a message that a great nation can be created by collective efforts of all individuals. She showed her optimism to get back to the normal situation soon.

The programme was ended with vote of thanks by Mrs. Preeti Pathak.

Owing to the COVID-19 pandemic situation and contagious nature of the disease the day was celebrated virtually.

PARENTING TIPS AND ACUPRESSURE POINTS TO CONTROL HYPERACTIVE CHILDREN

 Acupressure is an alternative therapy  to stimulate specific points on the body to activate the energy points which helps in varied area of health status.

The school conducted a session  on "Parenting Tips and Acupressure points to control hyperactive children" for  the parents and it was conducted by Principal Ma'am. The session  started with some parenting tips to handle hyperactive kids i.e.. Boosting child's self esteem, Catch kids doing good and appreciate , Make time for your kids , show your love ,praise them and give attention also can motivate your child. Few interesting activities were informed to improve their focus and concentration. 

Parents participated and learned simple acupressure techniques to keep the child calm. Ma'am also informed few acupressure points for common problems like bedwetting and etc.

FIT INDIA WEEK

“Your body can stand almost anything. It’s your mind that you have to convince”.

In an attempt to promote fitness among school children SR Global School(Part of Central Academy) observed Fit India week from 18 January to 23 January 2021.

The event was planned as per the guidelines of CBSE.   Activities those keep an individual fit and fine were held like yoga, aerobics, gymnastics, dribbling with ball , skipping and self defense etc under the guidance of Mr. Hemraj Jat and Ms Anita Choudhary .Students, staff and parents participated in all the activities enthusiastically and got benefited by them.

The closing ceremony was with the best performers and they performed their skills in which they were best.

The best performers will be appreciated by giving them e-certificates.

The  virtual Fit India Week was a wonderful experience for all the students and staff as it helped all to deal with their stress and bring back some peace of mind.

MAKAR SANKRANTI CELEBRATION

  

Makar Sankranti (also known as Makara Sankranti or Maghi) is a festival day in the Hindu calendar, in reference to deity Surya (sun). It is observed each year in January. The festivities are known by various names such as Lohri by north Indian Hindus and Sikhs, Makara Sankranti (Pedda Pandaga) in Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh, Sukarat in central India, Magh Bihu by Assamese, and Pongal by Tamils.

Students of SR Global School(Part of a Central Academy) celebrated this festival in different way. Children enjoyed the kite flying with their parents to tell the world that bond with my parents gives feeling of joy and happiness.

SR Global School(Part of Central Academy) celebrated New year 2021 with a Online dance program.

 2020 a year of pandemic...… it has been a greatest loss of lives in decades!! Financial crunches in each and every family. Instead of looking at the darker side of it look behind our past. We got plenty of time during this lockdown to reinvent ourselves...…..redefines our goals.... we learnt to relax peacefully.

                                We found pleasure in spending lot of time with family members. We worked on improving ourselves and our health and started finding peace in doing yoga and to start with our fitness schedule. We have learnt to respect neighbours, relatives near and dear ones.

             So, let us take it positively and let us not blames 2020.... because it a wonderful year like other years, with lovely times and great losses. But it gave us quite a lot.... of learning.... realization.....patience...humbleness..... kindness..... and many more. We are never the same..... We have transformed!

              On this positive note let's give farewell to 2020 and welcome 2021 with a broad smile....

CHRISTMAS DAY CELEBRATION

 

“Jingle bells, jingle bells, jingle all the way oh, what fun it is to ride. In a one horse open sleigh" 

Christmas is the festival which inspired the spirit of sharing and caring. Soaking in the spirit of Christmas students of SR Global School (Part of Central Academy) celebrated Christmas online with great enthusiasm on December 24, 2020.The Christmas tree was decorated beautifully. Students attended the online program in the attire of Santa Claus. Pre-primary students also participated in a mask of Santa Claus making activity online and contributed their participation also.

The programme started with carol singing followed by dances and this was all put together by wonderful anchors who delivered the announcement through hand puppets.

Christmas is also about  giving and loving. Like every year, this year also SR Global School(Part of Central Academy) organized Happy Dot Programme  in which we distributed everyday essential to peons,maids,sweepers, guards, drivers and gardener. They too celebrated Christmas and enjoyed. It was indeed true that the warmth of Christmas was felt from the heart and the actions just proved it right!

In the end, Honorable Principal Ma’am Mrs Aruna Suresh conveyed message of love, tolerance and brotherhood. And wished Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to everyone.
